AL ROBINSON JAZZ TRIBUTE

AL ROBINSON JAZZ TRIBUTE
JULY 16, 1 - 3 PM
at ROSE BAKER SENIOR CENTER
6 Manuel F Lewis St, Gloucester, MA 01930

Al Robinson, known to many in Annisquam for his Dixieland band, The Clambake Five, had another group that he founded and played in until his recent induction into "the heavenly band."  On Monday, July 16, 1 - 3 PM, dancers, music lovers, and friends can hear Al's Good Ol' Salty Jazz Band performing in tribute to their founder, Mr. Trombone, himself.
Under Al’s leadership, the Good Ol’ Salty Jazz Band established a tradition of playing at the Rose Baker Senior Center the 1st three Mondays of every month, 1 - 3 PM (except for holidays when the Rose Baker Center is closed).  Seniors from all over the North Shore come for the listening and dancing pleasure of a Monday afternoon with the Good Ol’ Salty.  Even missing Al’s trombone, the music swings, and lifts the spirits.

Check the schedule at Gloucester Council on Aging website, and join in the fun. All ages are welcome.
